Section 4: Context

·         Updating the QMS for maintaining ongoing process and opportunities

 

Section 7: Support

This section deals with the requirements for supporting processes and resources. This helps for maintaining and providing a healthy work environment, monitoring and measuring resources, communication, and documented information by:

·         Calibrating or verifying monitoring and measuring resources

·         Determining and maintaining organizational knowledge

·         Measuring the type and suitability of resources

 

Section 8: Operation

This section includes requirements on planning, product requirements, and controlling the equipment used to monitor and measure the product or service (Design and development, external providers, nonconforming outputs).

·         An assessment of required resources to achieve the stated goal

·         Meeting product/service prerequisites 

·         Meeting logistics requirements

 

Section 9: Performance Evaluation

This section includes requirements for monitoring the effectiveness of the QMS established for manufacturing processes by

·         Conducting internal audits, and management review

·         Determine what, how, when results will be measured 

·         Determine the methods for reviewing customer satisfaction

·         The difference in previous and present statistical data

Section 10: Improvement

The last section focuses on continual improvement, take action against nonconformities and implement corrective actions by

·         Determining and selecting opportunities for improvement

·         React to nonconformities and take corrective actions
